My duties included: 1.) Receiving call from Middle East and South African customers regarding our product where to be bought service center details and spare parts inquiries. 2.) Handling emails and chats regarding products details 3.) Communicating to the service center if need arose. 4.) Arranged Aramex shipment to customer and escalated so that customer from region unit can be serviced. 5.) Made safety escalation and raised complains .
